This is the top quick detach adjustable light mounts, which attaches to a Picatinny rail.
This QD mount is very popular for use with the PVS-14 and TNVC-M250HD infrared illuminators night vision devices, as they allow the user to adjust the beam for their shooting distance. It is suitable for night vision devices with rails. It can also be used in conjunction with the riflescope rings with rail for mounting a torch onto a 1-inch or 30mm scope. Both items can be bought as the fully adjustable scope mounts set.
